Chateau Cadillac
Chateau Cadillac dates back to the 17th century, and overhangs a majestic property covering
170 hectares spread out over three levels. The outhouses have been transformed into tasting
rooms (the furniture is signed by the designer Sylvain Dubuisson) and an area welcoming artists
and wine (visit of the « Tower of Senses »). There is a restored neo-gothic chapel, built in
the middle of the 19th century, spacious grounds (where you will find one of the rare elm trees
still to be found in Europe today) and a paved courtyard « the Paradise Courtyard » and its
sculpted fountain.
