You can stay in the region and partake in different activities: cultural, tourist, gastronomic.
Here are a few propositions we have prepared in accordance with our knowledge of local products,
proximity, prices and above all, quality (other programmes may be offered for your stay in the
Bordeaux region).
1st day: Arrival in the Gironde and a visit around old Bordeaux and the Colbert Battle
Cruiser
Arrival in Gironde: depending on your arrival time, you may visit the old city of Bordeaux in
the afternoon, the monuments and the Colbert Battle Cruiser, or
2nd day: Branda and l’Ange Bleu
10h Visit Branda (with the possibility of an approach to wine appreciation)
12h Lunch-Show at the Music Hall, L’Ange Bleu
17h30 back to the hotel
3rd day: Le Bassin d’Arcachon the Bateliers
Day out on the Bassin d’Arcachon with the Bateliers (ferry men) from Arcachon. The Dune du Pyla
(Pyla sand dune), trip to the Banc d’Arguin (Arguin sand bank), or a visit around the "ile aux
oiseaux" (Bird Island)
4th day: Le Libournais and St Emilion
10h Visit the Chapelle du Carmel and Libourne museum; it is possible to fly over the vineyards in a balloon.
12h Lunch (restaurant in Libourne or St Emilion)
15h Visit the village of St Emilion and the vineyards on the "Great vineyards Train".
5th day: Return
